Our Legalize It and Fly With Us package allows approved individuals or businesses to operate under our Remote Operator Certificate to conduct legal and safe drone operations for themselves or their their clients.

Candidates are required to have or be a pilot with a valid RPL issued by the SACAA in order to apply.

What is an Illegal Drone Operation?

Unless approved by the SACAA, DO NOT fly or operate Remotely Piloted Aircraft

- Where there is any commercial outcome, interest or gain.
- Near manned aircraft
- 10 km or closer to an aerodrome (airport, helipad, airfield).
- Weighing more than 7 kg.
- Any person or group of persons (like sports field, road races, schools, social events, etc.)
- Any property without permission from the property owner.
- In controlled airspace.
- In restricted airspace.
- In prohibited airspace.
- higher than 150 ft. from the ground.
